Virtual Sessions or In-Person Sessions in Mt. Airy, MD

 

Fitness training that’s fun and flexible!

So many things in life are difficult, upping your fitness level should not be one of those things! I offer two types of personal training sessions in an effort to change as many lives as possible! I’m currently booking virtual and in-person sessions. These sessions are 50-minutes in length and are suitable for any fitness level.

No gym-intimidation here.

If you’re new to working out with a personal trainer or new to fitness period, I want you to know that I’ll meet you where you are and we will build from there! All of my training sessions are customized based on client ability and future goals. I can’t wait to help you either in-person (at my private gym in Mt. Airy, MD), or virtually via Zoom.

You don’t need a five-star fitness set-up to be successful.

You may be worried that you need an entire home gym to get in great shape. That’s absolutely not the case! We can work together to crush your fitness goals with minimal (and inexpensive equipment) or even bodyweight workouts. These versatile sessions will work for you - no matter your goals, stage of life, or current fitness level.

My books are open to clients in all stages of fitness, life, and health. I am pleased to work with you to become the strongest version of yourself - no matter what. There should be no limitations in fitness. We will work together to develop a plan that’s right for you and designed to meet your personal goals. You CAN be stronger than ever.
